Credit Card
You can safely shop on our website using Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Our site is secured with an SSL system powered by 2048-bit encryption. Our online store also uses the “3D Security” system for credit card transactions. With this system, all information—including your card or SMS verification codes—is entered only on the official “Interbank Card Center (BKM)” website, and payment is approved only after verification. If you prefer, you can also make installment payments using Bonus, World, Maximum, CardFinans, and Paraf credit cards. Installment options become available on the payment screen after entering your card details.

Possible Issues with Credit Card Payments
While placing your order, your credit card may fail to process the payment due to various reasons.
Main reasons include:
1. Insufficient available credit limit,
2. Incorrectly entered card number,
3. Expired card validity date,
4. If the card you are using is an additional card, it may have been cancelled by the primary cardholder,
5. Temporary connection issues during the authorization process,
7. Entering the CVC number (the 3-digit code on the back of the card) incorrectly,
8. Attempting to use a card you previously reported as lost or stolen,
9. Using a debit card (ATM card) instead of a credit card,
10. Using a card that does not have 3D Security enabled.

If you encounter credit card approval issues, please contact the bank that issued your card.

Bank Transfer / EFT
You can make payments for your orders via Bank Transfer / EFT through your bank branch or online banking. For orders placed using Transfer / EFT, the order validity date is considered the day the payment is received in our account. Therefore, the delivery date calculation begins after the payment has been successfully transferred.
Orders for which the transfer is not completed within 5 business days will be cancelled.
For EFT payments, please make sure to enter the exact account holder name shown in the recipient field. Otherwise, EFT transactions may fail. (Do not write the website name.)

Cash on Delivery
You can complete your order by selecting the “Cash on Delivery” option during checkout. A cash-on-delivery service fee of +5 TL will be automatically added to your order.
