1 – Credit Card

With this system, all card or SMS verification details are entered only on the official “Interbank Card Center (BKM)” page, and the payment is approved only after verification. You may also make installment payments using Bonus, World, Maximum, CardFinans, and Paraf credit cards. Installment options become available on the payment screen after entering your card details.

Possible Issues with Credit Card Payments
During checkout, your credit card may fail to process the payment for several reasons.
Main causes include:
1. Insufficient available credit limit,
2. Incorrectly entered card number,
3. Expired card validity date,
4. The card being an additional card canceled by the main cardholder,
5. Temporary connection issues during the authorization process,
7. Incorrect CVC number (the 3-digit code on the back of the card),
8. Attempting to use a card you previously reported as lost or stolen,
9. Using a debit card instead of a credit card,
10. Using a card without 3D Security enabled.

2 – Bank Transfer / EFT

You may complete your payment via Bank Transfer / EFT either through your bank branch or via online banking. Orders placed with Transfer / EFT are considered valid on the day the payment is received in our account. For this reason, delivery time calculations begin after the payment has been successfully transferred.
Orders for which the transfer is not completed within 5 business days will be automatically canceled.
For EFT payments, please ensure that you write the exact account holder name shown in the recipient field of the bank account. Otherwise, EFT transactions may fail. (Do not write the website name.)
